1. The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of the order dated 05.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 6884/19.

2. Today when the matter is taken up, Shri Sanjay Patel, counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the order has since been complied with on 07.11.2019.

3. Given the fact that respondents have since complied with the order, the present MCC has become infructuous and the same stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
