Reading of the pleading would show that the entire allegations have been made against the respondent No.2 & 3 who have expired. The entire averments of the writ petition is on the premises that since the petitioner was working in the District Judiciary under the Administration of the High Court, in the official capacity, the respondent No.2 opened certain account in name of the Chairman Sub-Committee of Process Re-Engineering, High Court of Chhattisgarh, against which the representation was made by the petitioner to the Chief Justice of the High Court and eventually the complaint was closed by the resolution of Full Court of the High Court on 29.06.2016.

Since the main relief was claimed against the respondent No.2, with the death of respondent No.2 & 3, this petition cannot be continued for the reason that no personal obligation can be attached to the either of the family members.
