1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was initially appointed as contractual employee in Child Development Department (Respondent No.2) for a period of two years on 02.07.2015. Subsequently, one year was extended and thereafter he continued to work up-till April, 2018.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner though has applied for experience certificate, however, the same has not been provided.
3. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner
shall file a fresh representation to Respondent No. 2 within three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, Respondent No.2 shall decide the same and redress the limited grievance of petitioner within 60 days.
4. It is further made clear that Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case qua language which is to be used by Respondent No.2.
