1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present petition is that though the petitioner has retired from the post of Assistant Grade-III on 31.07.2018, till date he has not received any retiral dues payable to him.
2. He further submits that the wife of the petitioner is suffering from Cancer and is presently undergoing treatment at Medical College, Raipur. Further, the petitioner is also suffering from left cerebral infarct with right hemeparesis for last five years and he is also undergoing treatment for which he requires sufficient amount of money to meet the expenses.
3. Given the aforesaid facts situation of the case, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if this petition is disposed of directing the respondents No.2&3 to personally get the matter of the petitioner processed at the earliest and ensure that all the dues payable to the
petitioner is paid to him at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
4. Let the petitioner apprise the respondents so far as the order passed by this court is concerned.
