1. Learned counsel appearing for respondent- Jila Panchayat, Raigarh would submit that in view of communications including communication dated 15.9.2017 and 27.9.2017 of the respondent No.5-Chhattisgarh Private University Regulatory Commission and the clarification dated 6th December 2017 of the University Grants Commission, the petitioners' case would be revisited and reviewed and the impugned order shall not be given effect to.
2. In view of the said submission made by learned counsel for the Jila Panchayat, Raigarh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter may be disposed off at this stage with appropriate direction.
3. Accordingly, in view of submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, all the petitions at this stage are disposed off with a direction to respondent - Jila Panchayat, Raigarh to re-examine the whole issue in the light of communications made by respondents No. 4 & 5 referred to above.
4. The submission that the impugned order shall not be given effect to is placed on record.
