As prayed for, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Court as and when the need so arises in case of any subsequent development. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is withdrawing the present writ petition in the light of the petitioner crossing the age of superannuation.

With the disposal of the present writ petition, the interim order granted earlier also stands vacated and the interim application stands disposed of.
