1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 06/08/2019 sent by the Civil Judge, Class II, Dondilohara for extension of time for final disposal of the civil suit.

2. This Court vide order dated 28/01/2019 had granted time of four months to learned trial Court to dispose of the civil suit, which has not been complied with and further extension of time has been sought by the Court below to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, finally three months' further time is granted to the concerned trial Court to dispose of the said civil suit by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
