Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file again if and when any occasion arises.
It is also prays that adjudicating authority may also be directed to dispose of the matter expeditiously.
Counsel for the respondent submits that there is fixed time limit and the case shall be disposed off within the same. Looking to the contention made, there is no requirement for issuance of any direction.
