The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to take action against respondents 5 to 8 and prosecute them under the Essential Commodities Act. 2.

The petition is as vague as it can be. Neither the petitioner is able to explain what criminal offence has been committed nor is able to explain what law promulgated by the State has been flouted. It is stated that certain enquiry was made and the case has been registered under the Essential Commodities Act bearing No.1/2018 and the paddy of 208 quintals was seized from respondent No.5 Ramesh Chandravanshi, Proprietor of Jyoti Rice Mill, Paliguda and the firm has been black-listed for a period of 3 years for custom milling.
