The writ applications are of the year 2016. The writ applications are still pending for final adjudication. While hearing the matter at the threshold, the learned Single Judge passed an interim order and he refused to vacate it subsequently on 22.06.2017, which led to filing of the present appeals.

It will be in the interest of one and all including justice that on priority, the writ applications are now heard and decided on merit itself. 4.

The writ appeals are disposed off with an expectation that the learned Single Judge on a request being made by the counsel for the Appellants will fix a date, hear the writ applications on merit and pass the necessary order. 5.
