1. The challenge in the present writ petition is the order dated 30.08.2017, passed by the Deputy Labour Commissioner, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, in Appeal Case No. 209/P.G.A./2014.

2. On a quarry being put to the counsel for the petitioners, he fairly submits that the amount awarded by the authority has since been withdrawn by the respondent No.2, the original applicant. The dispute in the instant case is pertaining to the genuineness of the respondent No.2 being the legal representative of the deceased Shrish Gupta.

3. Counsel for the petitioners also in his pleading has specifically pleaded that there is also a civil suit pending in this regard before the Family Court, Ambikapur in respect of the alleged marriage of the original applicant with the deceased Shrish Gupta.

4. Subject to the outcome of the said civil suit pending before the Family Court, Ambikapur, the present writ petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous leaving open the right of the present petitioners to claim appropriate relief before the appropriate Court in the light of the decision of the said civil suit to be decided by the Family Court.
