1. In this case, the State Cooperative Election Commission has stayed the further proceeding of the election process.
2. In view of the order passed in W.P.(C)No.43/2018 (Mohammad Naushad Quereshi and another v. State of Chhattisgarh and others), this petition is
allowed and the impugned order is set aside. The Returning Officer shall proceed at the stage where the election proceeding was stayed by the State Cooperative Election Commission and is directed to conduct election expeditiously and conclude the same expeditiously.
3. Order dated 19-3-2018 passed in W.P.(C)No.43/2018 be made part of this order also.
4. No order as to cost(s).
