1. Heard.

2. The petitioner contends that he has moved an application for correction/division of the records of agricultural holdings, which have suffered sale by various share holders in parts.

3. According to the petitioner, the application for correction has been moved vide Annexure P/1 but no order has been passed by the Tehsildar till date.

4. The petitioner has not filed any order sheet of the Court of the concerned Tehsildar, therefore, it does not appear that any proceeding has been drawn by the said Tehsildar.

5. Let the petitioner move a duly constituted application for correction/division of the records of agricultural holdings before the concerned Tehsildar/Naib Tehsildar within 3 weeks from today. Thereafter, the concerned Tehsildar shall draw the proceedings and proceed to deal with the issue in accordance with the procedure prescribed under the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 and dispose of the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of 6 months, after affording opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties.
