Reply filed by the respondents would go to show that suspension of the petitioner has now been revoked. However, there is no pleading as to why departmental enquiry has not been concluded till date. 3.

An employee is entitled to expeditious disposal of departmental enquiry subject to co-operation on his part. The petitioner appears to be highly aggrieved because of initiation of departmental enquiry long back, which is yet to see the light of the day. 4.

Therefore, at this stage, when suspension of the petitioner has already been revoked, it would be proper to dispose off this petition with a direction to respondent No.3-Disciplinary Enquiry to conclude the enquiry and pass final order within a period

of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
