1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed in the Office of Project Administrator, Integrated Tribal Development Project, Kondagaon by the Collector, which is a District cadre post and by the impugned order dated 23.08.2019 he has been transferred to the Office of Project Administrator Baikunthpur.

2. It is contended that the post of the petitioner was district cadre post and appointed by the Collector and while transfer of the petitioner at Baikunthpur, his seniority would be affected and further the post of the petitioner which the petitioner holds cannot be transferred outside the

District as it affects his seniority. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had already made a representation and recommendation has already been made by the higher officer to cancel such transfer.

3. Be that as it may, considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2019 (Annexure P-3) shall be considered within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the meanwhile, the transfer of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
