Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 03/08/2017 It is brought to the notice of this Court that in earlier round of litigation, a clear finding was recorded by this Court that the jurisdiction would lie with the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Bilha.
