1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 26.03.2019 passed in WPS 2092/2019.

2. Grievance of the petitioner then was in respect of prolonged suspension that the petitioner was facing. Subsequent to the disposal of the writ petition now the respondents having entered appearance submit that petitioner has been subjected to departmental enquiry and after due enquiry the services that the petitioner has been terminated.

3. Respondents have also shown that petitioner has been paid subsistence allowance to the tune of Rs. 3,90,863 and there is still an outstanding amount of Rs.1,85,773 which for want of appropriate sanction could not be released to the petitioner.

4. Counsel for the respondent submits that the said balance of amount shall also be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks' from today.

5. On the said submissions made by the counsel for the respondent and expecting the respondent to comply with the said undertaking within that stipulated period of four weeks, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
