1. The grievance of the petitioner is that State Government vide order dated 04.10.2018 has transferred the petitioner from Block Saraipali, District Mahasamund to Block Tamnar, District Raigarh.
2. Pursuant to the order of transfer the petitioner was also relieved on 06.10.2018, however when he reported joining at the office of the respondent No.5, he was refused joining. This Court does not find any good reason on the part of the respondent No.5 in not permitting joining to the petitioner, neither is there any specific order issued by the respondent No.5 refusing granting joining to the petitioner.

Given the facts, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.5 to ensure that the petitioner is given joining at his place of posting at the earliest without any further delay subject to the petitioner immediately reporting for duty before the respondent No.5 itself along with a copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
