1. The present MCC has been filed seeking for a modification in the order dated 09.07.2018, passed in WP No. 949/2001.

2. At the outset, this Court is not inclined to entertain the MCC for the simple reason that the applicant herein was not a party to the said writ petition. Moreover the relief sought for by the applicant by way of modification is not one which could be said to be an error apparent on the face of record or one which could be brought within the ambit of review jurisdiction.

-23. Reserving the right of the applicant to avail the other remedy available, this Court is of the opinion that no strong case made out for entertaining the MCC. The same therefore fails and is accordingly dismissed.
