2. The impugned order -Annexure P/1 already mentions that there is an of order of temporary injunction by the jurisdictional Civil Court in favour of the petitioner.

3. It goes without saying that the order passed by the Civil Court has precedence over the order passed by the Revenue Court, therefore, no adjudication is necessary with respect to the dispute brought before this Court pertaining to the matter pending before the Revenue Court.
