At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that with the efflux of time this petition has become infructuous and, as such, he seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to move afresh before this Court in case the petitioner is aggrieved with any other order passed by the trial Corut including any order on the application of the petitioner under Section 205 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
