1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 1.10.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Government High School, Girsa, Block Bilaigarh, District Balouda BazarBhatapara to Government Higher Secondary School, Maragaon, District Dhamtari.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that wife of the petitioner is also a government employee and is working at Girsa and now the petitioner contrary to the transfer policy is being sent to a different place. Whereas the respondent authorities should have considered the petitioner as far as possible accommodating at the place where his wife is also working.

-23. Given the aforesaid facts, let petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 15 days from today and respondents on receipt of representation shall consider and decide the same within a period of 45 days.

4. Till decision is made on the representation of the petitioner, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed.
