1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.193/2013, registered at Police Station Bhatapara (Rural) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 372, 373 read with Section 34 of IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, Tikaram Verma abducted the prosecutrix and detained her in the house of the present

applicant and thereafter, the prosecutrix was left in the company of one Banwari. Thereafter, Banwari again brought the prosecutrix to the house of the present applicant, where, she was harassed and made to work in a shop. Later on, Banwari and the applicant sold the prosecutrix to one Hakim Singh for Rs.50,000/-.

4. Considering the nature of evidence, conduct of the applicant and for the fact that the issue pertains to human trafÏcking, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
