1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 30/09/2019 sent by the 2nd Civil Judge Class I, Korba for extension of time for final disposal of civil suit No. 9A/2014.

2. At first, this Court vide order dated 18/07/2019 had granted time upto 30th June, 2019 to learned trial Court to dispose of the said civil suit and pursuant to the request letter dated 28/06/2019, this Court had again granted time upto 30th September, 2019 vide order dated 26/07/2019 but still the civil suit has not been diposed of and again time has been sought by the concerned trial Court to do the same.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, finally time upto 31st December, 2019 is granted to the concerned trial Court to dispose of the said civil suit by taking the trial on day-to-day basis. It is made clear that no further requests regarding extension of time to dispose of civil suit No. 9-A/2014 will be entertained by this Court in future.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
