1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was a daily wager. His services were discontinued without assailing any reason which led to filing of WPS No. 4423 of 2019 wherein the Coordinate Bench of this Court by judgment dated 21.06.2019 has passed the following orders :-
Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the authorities concerned on the administrative side for ventilating his grievance.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
2. It is contended that since the outer limit has not been fixed therefore the representation has not been considered and it has been kept in cold storage. Therefore, the respondents are directed to decide the detailed representation which is filed by the petitioner within a stipulated time.
3. Perusal of Annexure P-7 would show that the representation is filed on 03.07.2019.
4. Considering the same, it is directed that the respondent No. 3 shall decide the representation within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
