1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 30/09/2019 sent by the 5th Civil Judge, Class II, Durg for extension of time for final disposal of civil suit No. 03A/2010.

2. This Court vide order dated 19/07/2019 had granted time of two months to learned trial Court to dispose of civil suit No. 03A/2010, which has not been complied with and further extension of time has been sought by the Court below to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, finally one month's further time is granted to the concerned trial Court to dispose of the said civil suit by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
