In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the parties that in view of pendency of this revision petition, against the order passed by learned Trial Court after remand resulted in acquittal of the accused, against which, an appeal has now been preferred by the State, we are inclined to dispose off this revision petition though with liberty to the parties to raise the grounds which has been raised in the pending appeal.
