1. Heard.

2. The petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been brought with a prayer to modify the order passed by this Court in MCRCA No.1238 of 2018 where the name of the applicant is not reflected in para-10 of the impugned order whereas application was allowed by this Court.

3. Not opposed.

4. Perused the impugned order, the name of the applicant Ravishakar Sidar is reflected in the cause title with details of other anticipatory bail applications and in para-9 of the order, it is clearly held that except the application of applicant

Jagdish Prasad Yadav applications of rest of the applicants are allowed. While mentioning the name of applicant in para-10 the name of this applicant has been omitted, which appears to be clerical mistake, hence, after due consideration. The petition is allowed.

5. Accordingly, it is ordered that the name of applicant Ravishankar Sidar, S/o Mangal Singh Sidar, aged about 28 years, R/o Village Baradawan, shall also read with the name of other applicants mentioned in para-10 and the order of granting anticipatory bail passed in MCRCA No.1238 of 2018 with the bunch cases is also an order with respect to this applicant.

6. A copy of this order be made part of the order dated 22.10.2018 passed in M.Cr.C.(A) No.1238/18.
