1) This application has been filed for correction of the judgment date passed in First Appeal No. 183 of 2003 on 9-8-2018.

2) Perused the application wherein it is found that in the judgment dated 9-8-2018 passed in FA No. 183 of 2003 there are some typographical errors crept in the first page of the said judgment wherein in place of correct words "Judgment delivered on 9-8-2018 the words " judgment delivered on "-82018" have been wrongly typed which requires to be corrected.

3) Accordingly, it is directed that in the first page of judgment dated 9-8-2018 passed in First Appeal No. 183 of 2003 , in place of words "judgment delivered on -8-2018", the same be read as under: "Judgment delivered on 9-8-2018"

4) Rest of the judgment dated 9-8-2018 in FA No. 183 of 2003 shall remain intact.

5) In view of the above, MCC No. 820 of 2018 stands disposed of.

6) A copy of this order shall be kept in the original file of FA No. 183 of 2003.
