The applicant has preferred this bail application as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.1133/2017, registered at Police Station Supela, Bhilai, District Durg (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 306 IPC.

It appears, the applicant and deceased Rashi Rai had some affair and the applicant was probably having some photographs or any other material of objectionable nature concerning the deceased, therefore, she was perturbed that the applicant may publicize the material in social media. At the same time, there appears no allegation that the applicant infact committed any such act of spreading the material in social media. It further appears, the

deceased committed suicide out of apprehension. 3.

Considering the nature of allegation and for the fact that the applicant is in jail since 27.02.2017 and investigation is already complete, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 4.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond in sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The applicant is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
