The present review petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 19.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 7522/2019. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the reason for filing the review petition is on the ground that reasons assigned in the application and ground on which the writ petition has been disposed of was not the ground that has been raised in the writ petition. According to the petitioner inadvertently it appears that the judgment passed in another writ petition got typed in the present writ petition and therefore the order needs to be recalled. This aspect is not disputed by the counsel for the State. On verifying the contents of the writ petition that the grounds of challenge in the original writ petition is entirely different than what has been reflected in the order dated 19.09.2019 in WPS No. 7522/2019. Given the facts, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for allowing the review petition has been made out.

Accordingly, the order dated 19.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 7522/2019 stands recalled.

The review petition thus stands allowed.

Registry is directed to list WPS 7522/2019 before this Court day after tomorrow.
