This criminal revision has been brought being aggrieved by the order dated 09.08.2019, passed in Criminal Appeal No.12/2019, by which the conviction and sentenced against the applicant by the trial Court was upheld.

The applicant was prosecuted by the respondent. Charges were framed under Section 394, 323 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant made plea of denial. The trial Court proceeded with the trial and on completion of the same, convicted the applicant for the offence under Section 394 of I.P.C. and sentenced him to undergo for a period of 2 years of R.I. along with fine of Rs.50/-. The appeal preferred has been dismissed by the impugned order.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has already undergone full term of sentence imposed upon him by the trial Court and on that basis, he has been released from jail.

Considering on the submission and also on the merits of the case, this Court is of the view that this criminal revision is without any substance, which is liable to be dismissed and the same is hereby dismissed and disposed off.
