This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.74 of 2017, registered at Police Station Manendragarh District Koriya (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354 A and 323 of IPC along with Section 8 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act. 3.

The applicant has obtained an afÏdavit of the father of the prosecutrix, therefore, it appears the applicant is influencing the witnesses.
