Advocate for the State. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the Order dated 24.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 7715/2019. The modification sought for is to the extent that inadvertently the name of the Petitioner No. 03 has been wrongly got typed as "Budhram", whereas the actual name of the petitioner is "Bandhuram" and the counsel for the applicant prays for appropriate modification accordingly.

The said fact is not disputed by the State Counsel, subject to verification of the facts.

Given the aforesaid facts, the present MCC deserves to be and is accordingly allowed.

The Order dated 24.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 7715/2019 has been modified to the extent that, the name of the Petitioner No. 03 shall be read as "Bandhuram" instead of " Budhram". With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed. The Registry is directed to place a copy of this Order along with records of WPS No. 7715 of 2019.
