1. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is working as Assistant Teacher and by order dated 20.09.2019 she has been transferred from Govt. Primary School, Narra to Govt. Primary School, Komakhan. Pursuant thereto, she joined her place of posting on 21.09.2019. However, within a short span of time, the impugned order dated 23.09.2019 was issued whereby the earlier order dated 20.09.2019 has been cancelled and the petitioner has been posted back to Govt. Primary School, Narra.

2. A perusal of the documents shows that the petitioner was initially transferred from Narra to Komakhan by order dated 20.09.2019 and in compliance of the said order, she joined the Govt. Primary

School, Komakhan and within two days of her joining, the transfer order has been cancelled on 23.09.2019.

3. Considering the facts situation of the case, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a representation to respondent No.3 Block Education Officer, Bagbahra within a period of 15 days and thereafter, respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the same within a further period of 45 days.

4. Till the petitioner's representation is decided, the impugned order dated 23.09.2019 (Annexure P-1) whereby the earlier transfer order has been cancelled shall not be given effect to.
