Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Government Middle School Chherkapur, Block Palari, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara to Government Middle School Jora Block, Bilaigarh, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara. Wife of the petitioner is placed at Government Primary School, Pahanda in the Balodabazar Block. As per the policy of the State husband and wife normally are to be kept at the same place and if the transfer of the petitioner is affected it would be against the policy of the Government itself.

Perused the policy of the State specially clause 2.11. Considering the fact that husband and wife normally are to be kept at the same place, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a representation within a period of 15 days from today to the concerned respondent. If such representation is

filed, same may be decided within a further period of 45 days. Till then the transfer order dated 1/10/2019 in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
