None Hon'ble Smt. Justice Rajani Dubey Order On Board 21/10/2019 This is an ofÏce reference seeking modification in the order dated 30.09.2019 passed by this Court in CRMP No.2177/2019.

In the order dated 30.09.2019 passed in CRMP No.2177/2019 there appears to be a typographical mistake relating to the case number.

From perusal of the record, it appears that in the order passed in CRMP No.2177/2019, the case number has wrongly been typed as CRMP No.2135/2019 in place of CRMP

No.2177/2019 and CRR No. 532/2019 in place of CRR No.42/2018. Thus, the error is apparent on the face of the record which needs to be rectified.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in the order in question, in para 1, the nature of case be read as CRMP No.2177/2019 instead of CRMP No.2135/2019 and, in para 4, nature of case be read as CRR No.42/2018 instead of CRR No.532/2019. With the modification as aforesaid, ofÏce reference stands disposed of.
