1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner who is working as Assistant Food Officer at District Dhamtari has been transferred by the impugned order dated 11.10.2019 to District Beejpur. It is contended that the petitioner has only left with six months' service and he is at the fag end of his service and according to the policy of the Government, the persons who are left with less than one year of service should not be transferred.

2. Perused Annexure P-4, which is the Aadhaar Card of the petitioner wherein his date of birth is shown as 14.04.1958, therefore, it appears that the petitioner is at the fag end of his service.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make a detailed

representation in this regard to the respondent No.1 within a period of 15 day from today, and the respondent No.1, in turn, shall consider and decide the same at the earliest preferably within a further period of 45 days in accordance with the transfer policy of the State as also taking note of the fact that the petitioner has got only about 6 months of service left for retirement. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 11.10.2019 so far as petitioner is concerned, shall remain stayed.
