Instant petition has been preferred with a limited prayer that the petitioner though was promoted on 9/05/2018 as Joint Director Agriculture but due seniority was not considered for which representation has been made by Annexure P-5 dated 1/06/2018 and 18/07/2018. 2.

Considering the prayer made that only representation has been sought to be decided without any observation on the merit, it is directed that the representation so pending with the respondent, respondent shall be obliged to decide the same within a further period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
