Present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 04/10/2018.

The modification sought for is to the extent of the date of appointment reflected in paragraph 1 of the order.

The petitioner's initial date of appointment was 24/01/1987 whereas in the order it has been erroneously got typed as 22/01/1990. 4.

Not opposed.

Accordingly, the instant MCC stands allowed.

The order dated 04/10/2018 passed in WPS No. 6588/2018 stands modified to the extent that in paragraph 1 of the said order, the date of appointment shall be read as 24/01/1987 instead of 22/01/1990. 7.

Let a copy of the order passed in this MCC be made a part of the record of WPS No. 6588/2018.
