1. The present MCC has been filed for modification/correction in the cause title of WPC No.3514 of 2019.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the description of the petitioner in WPC No.3514 of 2019 was wrongly mentioned and consequently, the wrong address has been mentioned in the order passed in the said writ petition on 30.09.2019. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the description of the petitioner may be corrected.

3. On due consideration and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the

application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, it is directed that the address of the petitioner should be read as Sarpanch at Gram Panchayat, Madmda, R/o Village Madmda, Tahsil Bodla, District Kabirdham, Chhattisgarh instead of Sarpanch Gram Panchayat Jharan, Janpad Panchayat Lailunga, R/o Village Jharan, Tahsil Lailunga, District Raigarah, Civil and Revenue District Raigarh Chhattisgarh.
