1. The default pointed-out by the Registry shall be cured during the course of the day itself.

2. The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction to the Respondent No. 2 to take an appropriate decision on the application of the petitioner for grant of land in exchange which is acquired by the State Government for construction of road.

According to the petitioner, the land bearing Khasra No. 131/1 measuring 0.291 acres situated in village Pandaripani, Patwari Halka No. 19 Tehsil and District: Raigarh is acquired by the State authorities for the purpose of construction of road. The petitioner very categorically states that he has not been awarded any compensation against the said land.

4. He further submits that he has moved an application before the respondent for grant of land, in exchange of the land which is acquired by them. The petitioner further submits that the said application was duly taken note by the authorities concerned and proceedings have already been drawn and necessary enquiry has also been completed except for passing of a final order and hence this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to pass a suitable order for an early decision of his claim.

Considering the limited grievance, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet, if the Writ Petition itself is disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 2 to pass a final order on the claim application of the petitioner seeking exchange of land belonging to the petitioner which is acquired by the respondents.

6. Let this exercise be completed within 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
