Learned counsel for the applicant prays to withdraw this petition and also prays that direction may be issued to the trial Court to consider the application for regular bail of the applicant preferably on the day of his surrender before the Court and it may also be directed that the applicant be given liberty to file application for issuance of prior notice to the State for producing of case diary on the date of proposed surrender of the applicant.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The trail Court is directed to afford opportunity to the applicant to file advance application for his surrender and calling of the case diary of the concerned case. It is also directed that in the event of surrender of the applicant, his application be decided preferably on the same day.

The petition stands disposed off.
