Sam Koshy Order On Board 28/11/2017 The present application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 512/2017 registered at Police Station Jute Mill Chowki, District Raigarh (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 307 of IPC.

Considering the nature of injury inflicted upon the injured and also the fact that the injury undisputedly was inflicted by the present applicant, this Court is not inclined to grant the advantage of anticipatory bail to the applicant. Accordingly, the instant application filed under Section 438 CrPC stands rejected.
