The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 15.03.2019 passed in WPS No. 1880 of 2019.

Shri Chandresh Shrivastava Dy. A.G. appearing for the respondents and submits that the representation of the Petitioner has been decided by the order dated 06.12.2019. A copy of this order has already been served to the counsel for the petitioner and a copy of this order has also been given to the petitioner. 3.

Given the fact, that the respondents have now taken a decision on the representation of the petitioner vide order dated 06.12.2019 the order passed by this Court stands complied with. 4.

However, in case, if the petitioner is aggrieved of the subsequent order dated 06.12.2019, the liberty stands reserved for the petitioner to challenge the same.

Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of. 6.
