Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from District Hospital, Mahasamund to Primary Health Center, Abhanpur, District Raipur. It is contended that in the remark column it is written that transfer is made on the personal request volunteered whereas Annexure P-2 would show that the reason which has been assigned that mother was not keeping well as such she requested for transfer to District Hospital, Raipur so as to look after her mother and instead of Raipur she has been transferred to Abhanpur.

Considering the said fact, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a representation within a period of 15 days from today to the concerned respondent. If such representation is filed, same may be decided within a further period of 45 days. Till then the transfer order dated 23/08/2019 in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to. 3.
