16.11.2018 The present petition has been filed seeking for modification in the order dated 11.10.2018 passed by this Court in MCRC No.7435 of 2018. The modification sought for is to the extent that the Crime number and the Police Station mentioned in the said order have inadvertantly been wrongly typed as Crime No.396 of 2018 and Police Station as Pandri, Raipur whereas it should have been Crime No. 316/2018 and Police Station Pulgaon, Durg. The said contention is not opposed by the State counsel. Accordingly, the present CRMP stands allowed. The order dated 11.10.2018 passed in MCRC No.7435 of 2018 stands modified to the extent that the Crime number and the Police Station shall be read as Crime No.316/2018 and Police Station Pulgaon, Durg in stead of Crime No.396/2018 and Police Station Pandri, Raipur.

Let a copy of this order be made part of MCRC No.7435 of 2018. Certified copy today.
