The challenge made in this writ petition is to the order dated 23.08.2019 whereby respondent No.3 has been transferred in place of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at present the petitioner has not been transferred and no cause of action can be said to have been arisen. He prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to file afresh in case any cause of action arises in future.

As prayed, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
