Sam Koshy Order On Board 13/11/2018 The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 28.09.2018 whereby the the petitioner has been transferred from the office of the Block Education Officer, Chhuria, District Rajnandgaon to the Govt. High School, Tendunala, District Rajnandgaon. 2.

Considering the distance of the two places, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

However, counsel for the petitioner at this juncture submits that by way of the said arrangement, the petitioner may be required to mark his attendance at the previous place of posting as also at the transferred place of posting.

This contention of the petitioner appears to be only an apprehension and the petitioner would not be required mark his presence at both the places. He would require to mark his presence only at the place where he has been transferred vide the impugned order dated 28.09.2018. 5.
