1. The grievance of the petitioner is that by impugned order dated 19.08.2019 she has been transferred from Sub-Health Center, Chalni to Sub-Health Center Kawai, Tahsil Bagicha, District Jashpur which is 50 Kms., distance from the place where she is residing, and she being a lady may face much inconvenience. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the instructions, the petitioner has already been relieved and contends that unless and until some one takes the charge in place of the petitioner, she could not have been relieved. It is submitted that the petitioner has made certain representation to cancel the transfer order and post her to a convenient place.

2. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh representation to respondent No.2 within a period of 15 days and on such representation being filed, respondent no.2 shall consider and decide the same by passing an appropriate order within a further period of 60 days.
